About Us
Hi there, I’m Jason and I’m the director of NCJ Properties Ltd.
Since I was a young lad, I have always been passionate about property. It was in my genes, with my father and grandfather working in the trades too – and yes, they roped me into it from an early age!
When I left school, my advanced apprenticeship in carpentry gave me the opportunity to work on projects in hotels, care homes, shops, banks, pubs, schools, and other public buildings, which provided me with valuable insights into the commercial property world. Additionally, I have worked extensively with residential properties, securing jobs with Sharps bedrooms and new build developers, as well as completing high-end kitchen projects for private clients. I also specialise in damp proofing, cavity wall tie installation, dry and wet rot, and timber treatment.

Based in the North-West of England, our professional team of tradespeople has already completed over 50 full refurbishments for local investors, managing the process from initial strip out to final handover. We are now looking to partner with investors seeking a sustainable return on investment to acquire more properties to refurbish, add value and sell, refinance and rent.
